To set yourself up for healthy habits, you might have downloaded an app with exercise circuits and block time on your calendar with the hours this week you will work out. Then, split into small things so it fits into your way of life. So, instead of instantly going to workout once a week to directly five times a week, first you must concentrate on going to the gym two or three times a week.
After some time, when working out twice a week feels as routine as brushing your teeth, increase exercise habit to three times a week.
Repeatedly layer on bite-sized behavior and over time you’ll build up a complete wellness schedule.
